Entrants are arranged into teams. Each team will have a road crew of up to three people - A party in itself ! Do the whole event yourself, or swap each day (or even each leg) with your crew - All for the one entry fee. After a weekend of preliminary activities at luxurious Pacific Bay Resort, Coffs Harbour, the Jet Trek 2000 will commence on Monday 23rd October, and will make its way up the N.S.W. and Qld coast, stopping at many coastal centres along the way for resting and raging and fundraising.

IN WATER WEAR FASHIONS The Event will be conducted with all the safety and experience for which Variety Club events are renowned. Part of the joy of these events is the good times we are able to develop in the many communities through which we pass, and of course for the entrants themselves.

Many well known media and sporting personalities like Qld's own Craig Lowndes, will join with some of Australia's finest entertainers and will be a part of the Ocean Jet Trek Adventure.
The SEA-DOO Variety Jet Trek will be a first class 'On The Edge Adventure' conducted in classic Variety style, drawing from our experience of producing the famous XXXX Variety Bash, the Ford Variety 4 WD Explorer and the Variety Splash.

AT THE TREASURE ISLAND NIGHT Media interest and support for the event will be substantial. Travelling with the Sea-doo Variety Jet Trek will be a television crew journalists and photographers from major newspapers and publications from across Australia, Japan, the USA and the rest of the world for this International Spectacular Event.

As with all Variety Club Events, safety is a major consideration. Our experienced team includes medical support, mechanics, PWC experts, lifesavers, PWC dealers and staff, together with crews from the Volunteer Marine Rescue Organisation as well as the Australian Volunteer Coastguard Association and QAS.
