The Jet Trek will be made up of teams catering for social riders through to the EXTREME !

REQUIREMENTS All persons participating in the Sea- Doo Variety Ocean Jet Trek must be over the age of 18 Event is for single riders at any one time, although teams can interchange riders per leg or daily. Your PWC must be a '96 model or later, be on the sit down style and capable of riding comfortabley in two metres plus sea conditions. Your PWC's fuel capacity and extra fuel carried on board must be at least 90 litres. Your craft must be fitted with Queensland Transport Ride Smart sticker and have current registration displaying numbers. All riders must have a PWC licence OR standard speed boat licence that meets Queensland Transport requirements. All Craft must be covered by Third Party Property Liability and Property Damage as the minimum level of insurance. ESSENTIAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT one PFD type 2 life vest standard size V-sheet 2 red hand flares and 2 orange smoke flares one fixed of portable compass electric operated bilge pump affixed in engine bay sufficient anchor with at least 27m of rope at least one oar or paddle (may be telescopic) tow rope at least 17m long with snap shackle clip each end a carry rack or stainless eyelets to secure additional fuel a car and registered trailer and road support crew.
